By entering a ROC Contest, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements. 

THIS CONTEST IS VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. 

 

Eligibility

Open to individuals who join/attend the Ooredoo Ride of Champions 2020 and  non-participants in Qatar. All prize collections must be made in person or via an agreed courier pick up in Qatar providing their Qatar Residence Permit for verification. Any courier expenses incurred will be for the prize winners.

Prizes and Winners Selection Method

The contest features multiple prizes from Partners of the 2020 Ooredoo Ride of Champions, including Garmin Ligawi, Rasen Sports, and more!

Only one prize will be awarded to each winner.

Prize details are subject to change at the discretion of the Ooredoo Ride ofChampions organisers.

Prize winners shall not be allowed to choose the prize they receive, as prizes will be randomly assigned.

The prize winners shall be selected randomly by lucky draw and all decisions by the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers will be final.

 

How to Enter. 

People may enter via the entry method as described below.

Participants:

Post a photo or video of you during the event on Friday 13th November 2020. Follow @Rocdoha on Instagram and tag, mention your Bib Number and use the hashtags #ROCFun and #ROCDoha2020.

Last day to claim prizes for the first contest is now 7th December 2020.

Non-participants:

Follow @Rocdoha on Instagram, like the post and tag at least 3 people using the hashtag #ROCDoha2020

• All information on how to enter the contest, i.e. closing dates for entrants submissions and details of the prizes to be awarded to the winners, form part of these terms and conditions and in the event of any inconsistency, shall prevail over these terms and conditions.
• This contest shall be hosted by the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers who shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers and/or its affiliates.
• The entrants may submit as many entries as they want. Submitted entries shall be used by ROC, its affiliates and sponsors for marketing purposes. 
• The entrant must be above the age of eighteen (18) years at the date of entry. 
• The organizers may require any prize winner to provide proof of identity when collecting prizes.
• The entrants must use an Instagram account that is minimum 1 month old with at least 3 posts on their profile.
• Entries with images or video which do not demonstrate a proper adherence to event COVID19 rules on mask and social distancing shall be considered ineligible. 
• Machine-based entries will be automatically disqualified. 
• Contest Period: The contest opens at 00:01 (GMT+3) on Friday 13th November 2020 and ends at 23:59 (GMT+3) on Saturday 14th November 2020.
• The Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers shall not be responsible for entries that are not received, lost, delayed or incomplete. Any entry which is late, incomplete or does not comply with these terms and conditions will be deemed invalid at the sole discretion of the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers.
• The prize winners shall be selected by lucky draw at the sole discretion of the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers. The selection of the prize winners shall be at the sole and absolute discretion of the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers and their decision shall be final. The Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers reserve the right to authorise any of its partners and/or vendors to administer the contest on its behalf, including but not limited to the selection of the prize winners. 
• The prize winners shall be notified via a direct message on Instagram. Prize winners must respond and acknowledge before Friday 20th November, 23:59 (GMT+3)).
• Prizes that are not claimed or collected shall be reassigned to alternative prize winners. 
• By entering this contest, the entrant shall consent to the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers and its service providers using and processing the entrant’s personal data in connection with the contest and in accordance with the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers’ privacy policy or otherwise as required by law or regulation. In addition, the entrant shall permit the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers to use the entrant’s personal data for any commercial purpose and to publish the entrant’s submissions and name in various media for publicity purposes. 
• Prizes are subject to prize winners taking part in or cooperating with the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers in relation to related publicity and providing a photograph for publication and/or taking part in further promotional activities.
• Participating and entering this contest is considered a complete release of Instagram by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgment that the contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Instagram.
• Prize winners shall bear any taxes of duties as required by local law.

This Ooredoo Ride of Champions / Turkish Airlines Social Media Contest is subject to the terms and conditions set out below “Terms and Conditions”.

Who may enter?

Entry is only open to Qatar Residents aged 18 years or older.

How to Enter

1. Entrants must follow the official Ooredoo Ride of Champions Instagram account on @ROCdoha or the official Turkish Airlines Instagram accounts on @TurkishAirlines or @TurkishAirlinesArabia, share and comment on the post.
2. Entrants must use the hashtags #ROCDoha2020, #TurkishAirlines #MeetAgain and #WidenYourWorld
3. The contest opens at 00:01 (GMT+3) on Friday 13th November 2020 and ends on Monday 30th November 2020 at 23:59 (GMT+3)

The Prize

The prize for one (1) winner only is two (2) free return tickets (economy class) to any destination in Turkey. 

 

Terms and Conditions

• This contest is hosted by Ooredoo Ride of Champions. The Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers are not responsible for any loss or damage resulting in relation to this contest. This contest is solely administered by the organisers and/or its affiliates.
• The entrant may submit as many entries as he/she would like. Entries submitted will be used for ROC, its affiliates and sponsors for marketing purposes. 
• The entrant must be above the age of eighteen (18) years or older at the date of entry. 
• The prize is not exchangeable for cash or other forms of credit and no refunds will be issued for the value of the ticket if travel plans are cancelled or altered. All costs above the value of the ticket including any change or cancellation fees are the responsibility of the customer.
• Contest Period: The contest opens at 00:01 (GMT+3) on Friday 13th November 2020 and ends at 23:59 (GMT+3) on Monday 30th November 2020.
• The prize winner must respond and acknowledge before Monday 07th December 2020, 23:59 (GMT+3).
• In case the prize is not claimed or collected, it shall be reassigned to an alternative winner. 
• The Travel Voucher is valid until Saturday 13th November 2021. The Travel Voucher must be redeemed by the Expiry Date.
• The Redemption Date for the Travel Voucher is until  Saturday 13th November 2021. The Travel Voucher must be redeemed no later than this date or the Travel Voucher prize is forfeited in full.
• Complimentary tickets terms and conditions apply.
• All bookings shall be subject to availability at the time of booking and at the airline discretion depending on level of occupancy.
• These tickets shall be deemed fully used once a qualifying booking has been made and confirmed to be available. The ticket will not be reinstated, refunded or replaced, even in the event that the reservation is cancelled or changed. Changes may also not be possible and this will be at discretion of Turkish Airlines and is outside the control of the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers.
• Changes or Cancellation may incur charges from Airlines. The prize winner  responsible to pay any such charges and the Travel Voucher cannot be applied to any additional costs associated with changes or cancellations to the original booking requested by the prize winner.
• To redeem the Travel Voucher, the prize winner shall email the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers about the Travel Voucher to redeem and mention the destination and preferred days to travel.
• The Travel Voucher is not transferable, exchangeable, replaceable or refundable for cash or credit and can only be used as specified.
• All taxes, fees, charges and surcharges applicable to the booking, including, without limitation, extra person, phone, parking and other charges are applicable to the reservation, and this Travel Voucher cannot be applied to them. These charges must be paid by the winner.
• The Travel Voucher cannot be applied to any costs or miscellaneous fees charged by the Airline and incurred by the customer.
• Terms and conditions of this contest are as written and cannot be changed by any representation of any unauthorized person, including employees of Turkish Airlines.
• Travel Voucher shall be void where prohibited or restricted by law.
• Proof of age and residency may be required to claim the prize.
• The Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers shall reserve the right to change these terms and conditions without notice and at any stage during the contest.
• Other Terms and Conditions : the Prize Winner shall comply with all the normal terms and conditions connected with the booking through the Ooredoo Ride of Champions organisers including, without limitation, the Terms of Use of the event website. See website T&Cs for full details.
• The prize winner shall agree to publicity and to be named on the respective Facebook, Twitter, Instagram accounts and main webpage of Turkish Airlines and Ooredoo Ride of Champions and/or included in any press releases or marketing publicity, upon submission.
• Participating and entering this contest is considered a complete release of Instagram by each entrant or participant. It is also an acknowledgment that the contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with Instagram.
• No purchase necessary to join.
